So, the little lad wearing the hat at Southsea Model Railway?

Chris Golding, the vice-chairman of Portsmouth Area Talking News, knows exactly what happened to him.

For it is his cousin, Terence Golding, who has recently retired as a Foreign Office diplomat and now lives in Kent. The picture was taken about 1952.
