Barratt is set to take the wraps off its newest Hampshire development with the launch of King Richard Place in Paulsgrove

Drinks and nibbles will be served from 11am on Saturday to mark the official launch of the development of new homes.

King Richard Place is a contemporary development of two, three and four bedroom homes offering househunters a wide range of properties from which to choose with anticipated prices at launch starting from around £140,000.

‘Interest in these new homes has been tremendous,’ said Barratt sales director Sarah Eales. ‘We know the location
close to Portchester and the
development’s easy access to the M27 have been particularly popular with potential buyers and we are expecting demand to be high.’

At King Richard Place, Barratt will be creating a development of well-designed, spacious homes which all come with the housebuilder’s five year warranty and the NHBC 10-year guarantee.

Barratt will also be offering its popular schemes to help first time buyers onto the housing ladder and those looking to move to a larger home.

There is also the option of its part-exchange scheme at King Richard Place.
