The newly-re-branded and rapidly-growing sales and letting agent EweMove is welcoming new staff to its flock in Waterlooville.
With an increasing number of enquiries from buyers and tenants as well as a continued revival of the property market, Ian Charlesworth has recruited two new staff to support his growing business.
The property market in Waterlooville has shown an increase in property sales in recent months, with average house prices rising significantly since he launched the business on September 1, 2014.
Fast appearing in every town around the country, the latest recruits to the EweMove franchise are Ian’s wife, Mandy, and their friend Sadie Nijkar.
Both women will be part-time and take on the role of Property Manager.

Mandy has been married to Ian for nearly 12 years and they have two children aged nine and five.
Mandy also works part time at Kingscourt School in Catherington.
She worked for 14 years for Portsmouth City Council in a residential unit for adult physical disabilities promoting independence, so has a varied and people-linked history.
Sadie has been married to Sanj for 11 years, and they’ve been landlords since 2006, having a property managed by EweMove Warterlooville since last year. Sadie is from Waterlooville and up to 2006 was a midwife.
