For aspiring and existing investment landlords Sarah Cawley from Pearsons Letting Department will be available to discuss rental values and the recent changes in legislation along with any other questions you may have.

Neil Andrews of Choice Financial Solutions will also be on hand to advise on how the banks and building societies have, during the past year, changed their lending criteria which has affected the amount many people are able to borrow.  Neil also has access to the whole of the intermediary market. As such he has access to schemes only available through recognised professional mortgage introducers, which are not offered on the High Street.

No appointment is necessary, the evening allows people the opportunity to talk to a range of property professionals in a relaxed informal environment to gather the information they need to help in their future planning.

Quipped Graham Atkins: ‘This is a great opportunity to find out what is really going on in the housing market and get a head start on the coming year. Being so near to Christmas we cannot promise a visit from Santa but visitors can enjoy a mince pie and glass of mulled wine and we look forward to meeting you on the 11th.’
