An action-packed family day out is guaranteed at Paultons Park, home to Peppa Pig World and plenty of other attractions.

The park in the New Forest has more than 60 rides and attractions that are all included in the admission price.

A new double-decker Victorian carousel and The Big Toy Shop have recently been added.

There are rides for all ages and to suit all tastes and they include The Sky Swinger, Magma, The Raging River Ride Log Flume, The Jumping Bean, George’s Dinosaur Adventure and Flying Frogs.

Be sure to ride the Rio Grande Train that takes a relaxing journey around the lake.

Apart from the rides, Paultons Park has a Water Kingdom with a wide variety of water jets, giant topping buckets, fountains and soakers.

The water park features more than 40 ways to get wet and a relaxing area to cool off after all that excitement.

If you are looking for a sporty activity with plenty of enjoyment, go and play a round of adventure golf. Gold Rush Falls features a host of holes in an abandoned Californian gold mine.

Continuing the gold mine theme is Uncle Zeek’s. Sift through the warm water to see if you are lucky enough to find gold nuggets and gems.

For younger children there are Percy’s Playhouse and Percy’s Play park. There you will find two giant slides, climbing frames and a tree house.

Dinosaur lovers should be sure to go on the Land of the Dinosaur trail and see if you can spot the 13 different kinds that are hiding in the undergrowth.

At Peppa Pig World you’ll find seven rides including Peppa’s Big Balloon ride and Miss Rabbit’s Helicopter Flight.

For indoor play there is George’s spaceship playzone that has slides, climbing, ball play, musical instruments and more.

Children will also have the chance to meet Peppa and George, who make daily appearances outside the school house. You can have your picture taken and maybe get an autograph.

Tickets: £27 on the day or £23.50 online. Various family prices available, plus concessions for seniors (60+). Children under a metre are free.

Opening and closing times of the park vary, check the website for more information. Go to
