DIAMOND WEDDING: ‘We’re so happy, we’d do it all over again if we could’

Have your say

Hungry shoppers will be tempted by the sights and smells of Sicilian food this weekend, as the Dolce Vita Italian Market is back by popular demand at Gunwharf Quays.

Running until Sunday, the market includes a number of traditional Italian foods for you to try, taste and buy.

Visitors will be able to sample the country’s indulgences from 10am until 7pm today, 9am until 7pm tomorrow and 10am until 5pm on Sunday.

There will be a wide variety of deli counter delights to suit all the family with olives, cured meats and cheeses, as well as sweets and ice-cream for the kids to sink their teeth into. The market will also include a number of speciality breads.

Peter Emery, centre director at Gunwharf Quays, says: ‘The Dolce Vita Italian Market has always been popular with visitors so we’re delighted to welcome it back for all to enjoy.

‘Italy is well known for its fresh cuisine and taste treats, so why not bring the family along and stock up on the cupboards?’

The La Dolce Vita Italian Market is one of the leading Italian markets in the UK and offers food directly imported from Italy.
