Rachel Treagust, 26, lives in Emsoworth and works as a membership advisor in a health club at Portsmouth’s Marriott Hotel.

When did you last go away and where did you go?

I went on a lot of holidays last year, including Tenerife and Hawaii, but my favourite and that was a trip to Florida. I spent two weeks there and did everything including Disneyland (pictured) where I saw my favourite, Snow White, and I even swam with dolphins. It really was the best holiday ever.

What was the last gig/concert you went to?

I saw Britney Spear’s last tour, Femme Fatale, at the O2 arena, twice. Once I was really close to the stage in the standing area.

The last book you read?

I go sailing with my dad who has a boat in Emsworth.

It was the autobiography of Sam Faiers from The Only Way Is Essex called Secrets and Lies: The Truth Behind the Headlines. I am a fan of the show and follow her in the media, so it was interesting to see the impact the show has made on her. She certainly seems to have packed a lot into her life so far.

What’s your favourite way to relax?

In the gym. I like to get on a machine like a stepper and work out to music playing in my ears. If the weather is nice, I love to be on the beach.

What do you watch on TV?

I like the documentaries that BBC3 make. They cover a wide variety of topics such as religious belief, conditions such as autism, sexuality and drugs. From a young people’s viewpoint and I find them really interesting. I avoid soaps. They are so boring.

Where do you shop?

Both online and in-store. favourites are Topshop and H&M, but I have a collection of designer accessories with bags from Mulberry, Louis Vuitton and Michael Kors. I have more than 250 pairs of shoes which are mostly high street and I do love my Tiffany jewellery. I work hard and treats like these are presents to myself.

Where’s good for a day out locally?

I like to be by the sea and boats. I go sailing with my dad who has a boat in Emsworth. I also like Arundel, especially for the mini-golf, and the Witterings.

Do you have any hobbies?

I like to be active by visiting the gym, swimming and taking walks in the countryside. On Thursday, June 11 I’m leading a Start of Summer day at the Marriott health club. It will be a great event where anyone can have a swim, workout at the gym, take a range of classes and enjoy healthy lunches and dinners for free.
