Have your say

I’m disappointed that William and Kate and their guests won’t be raising a glass of English sparkling wine to celebrate tomorrow.

There has been much speculation in the wine press over what will be poured on the big day - when Prince Charles and Lady Diana married, Bollinger was the favoured choice.

On this occasion, according to well-informed sources, it seems that Pol Roger NV will be poured. Yet we have world-class sparkling wine, with the likes of Camel Valley, Ridgeview and Nyetimber regularly winning international awards. So how about all of us raising a glass of English fizz to the happy royal couple?
