Portsmouth & Southsea railway station by Andy Cooper

LETTER OF THE DAY: Please tart up our railway stations

Have your say

Helping people locate friends and family they have lost touch with

Clark: Are there any descendants of William and Sarah still around in the Portsmouth area?

They had five children, William, Charles, Selina, Francise and Rosina.

The 1871 census had them living at 19 Milton Road, Portsmouth.

My mother would very much like to hear from any descendents.

WYATT: My name is Victor Wyatt, my father is Colin Wyatt and my grandfather was Henry Wyatt.

My grandfather was originally from Gosport, Alverstoke, and married my grandmother Lily Dallas in January 1925.

They moved to Old Portsmouth and lived in Britten Street.

My grandfather had four brothers Erne, Frank, and Fred.

Frank married Lotti, had two sons, Frank and Ernest, and a daughter Maud.

Maud married a Harry Tribe and they had two daughters Rosemary and Carol.

Over the years we have lost touch but my father and I would very much like to get in contact with any of the family, especially Maud and Harry Tribe and their daughters Rosemary or Carol.

ANDREWS: I would like to be reunited with my mother, Pamela Joy Andrews, who moved to the Leigh Park area some time ago.
