WE’VE got three ideas for you and your family come rain or shine.

STORIES: Snuggle down with your teddy bear and enjoy stories featuring some of your favourite cuddly toys at Portsmouth City Museum on Tuesday. This free story time event is suitable for pre-school children and accompanying adults (maximum of three children per adult). There’s no need to book and it runs from 2-2.30pm. EXPERIENCE: Visitors to the Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays can try out the new i-VIEW experience. The interactive touch screens allow visitors the chance to interpret the views on offer 100 metres above Portsmouth Harbour. The new system also allows people to learn about the 1,700 years of history encapsulated in the vistas. The tower also has an Easter egg hunt running until Sunday. ATTRACTION: Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle in the Isle of Wight have re-opened for the 2013 season, with lots of fun activities for families to take part in. From May 25-27, there will be a grand Victorian day out with equestrian displays and a parade of Redcoats. On June 21, Midsummer Night in the Garden will take place, giving visitors the chance to explore the beach and have a summer evening picnic.
