A3: Work continues on the Hindhead tunnel.



On Saturday the line between Warminster and Salisbury will be closed. A revised timetable will be in operation and will affect services to Portsmouth Harbour.

On both Saturday and Sunday most First Great Western trains will not run between Cosham and Brighton. Customers should use Southern train services

The junction between Winston Churchill Avenue and Isambard Brunel Road in Portsmouth is being made smaller to make way for new homes as part of the

Somers Town regeneration project.

All journeys on route 23 and Hoverbus towards Southsea will turn left at the roundabout before making a U-turn at the Bradford junction roundabout.

Wych Lane in Gosport will be closed to all traffic until November or December in connection with changes to the road layout. Service 85 and 86 will be

diverted from Nobes Avenue Shops to Gregson Avenue, Cunningham Drive and Fareham Road in both directions. This will affect the running time of this

service. Service 88 will also divert from Carisbrooke Road, Brading Avenue, Brewers Lane, Nobes Avenue, Gregson Avenue.No left turn into Redlands Lane from The Avenue in Fareham. Service 31 will operate a one way loop via The Avenue, before turning left into Bishopsfield Road and waiting for its booked departure time at Fareham College, it will then operate its normal route returning to Fareham running via Bishopsfield Road, Longfield Avenue, St Michael’s Grove and Redlands Lane dropping off customers from Fareham on its route return to Fareham.

Service 87 will divert via The Avenue, Bishopsfield Road and Longfield Avenue on journeys from Fareham. It will not serve St Michael’s Grove or Redlands Lane on journeys from Fareham. Journeys towards Fareham are unaffected and will operate via St Michael’s Grove and Redlands Lane as usual.

Stokes Bay Road in Gosport will be closed from Monday for up to three weeks for road works and resurfacing. During this period service 88 will divert via Western Way between Bay House School and Jellicoe Avenue.

The road will reopen temporarily during this period for the Easter weekend and Royal Wedding weekend.
