Portsmouth & Southsea railway station by Andy Cooper

LETTER OF THE DAY: Please tart up our railway stations

Have your say

Helping people locate friends and family they’ve lost contact with.

MIKE WEBB: We will be celebrating our Ruby Wedding in January and would dearly love to trace our best man, Mike Webb. All the lads played football for the Queen Alex pub in Mile End and they were called Lamfrank. His father was a butcher at Coopers Butchers in Kingston Road and Mike worked at IBM at the time.

EVELYN BARR: I would love to make contact with a lady called Evelyn Barr from Portsmouth. She was living in Curzon Howe Road in Portsea in the 1970s before moving to Southsea. We spoke last in the early 1980s and would love to find her again. She would now be 56 years old.

PHILLIP JONES: I am trying to find my cousin Phillip Jones. His mother Audrey Jones lived in Matthews Close, Cosham.
