Things to do around Portsmouth this weekend

Here's our guide to some of the events being held in and around Portsmouth this weekend.

Today you can help an animal charity at a coffee morning starting at 10am at St Faith’s Church in Crasswell Street. It’s in aid of the Brooke Charity – an international animal welfare charity dedicated to improving the lives of working animals in the Middle East and elsewhere.

For the more energetic, there’s a chance to help two other great causes. All proceeds from a charity dance at St Colman’s Hall, St Colman’s Avenue, Portsmouth go to the Rocky Appeal and the Hampshire and Isle Of Wight Ambulance Service. Call Pauline on 07989 124089 for more details.
