Anew development in Purbrook is about to be uncovered with a
Champagne and nibbles launch.

David Wilson Homes is set to unveil the details of Purbrook Place in Stakes Road.

Champagne and canapés will be served from 11am on Saturday to mark the opening of the eagerly anticipated new development.

Purbrook Place will feature a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes to the north of Stakes Road with homes on the site of the former Purbrook Park School playing fields.

David Wilson Homes sales director Sarah Eales says interest has already been high in the development with the mixture of size and prices of homes and the
location set to appeal to a wide range of buyer.

‘We’re delighted to be launching these new homes,’ she says.

‘We know from previous developments in the Portsmouth area that the style and quality of the homes and locations we choose
are popular with buyers and we look forward to welcoming visitors to Purbrook Place.’

Details of the homes and the prices of the properties will be unveiled at the launch but they are expec-ted to start from around £192,999 for a two bedroom home.

David Wilson Homes will be offering schemes to help first time buyers get onto the housing market and those looking to move up the housing ladder.

Schemes available for buyers of new homes include NewBuy, the 95 per cent mortgage backed by the government.

It means customers – both first time buyers and home movers – only need a five per cent deposit.

And for those looking to move up the housing ladder, the company will also be offering its part exchange scheme at Purbrook Place. Part exchange removes all the uncertainty associated with a move.

The housebuilder is a guaranteed cash buyer – so there is no chain, no last-minute price haggling and no hidden costs.
