300-mile cycle event by Fareham businessmen will raise money

Novaseal’s managing director Gary Grundy and installations manager Ryan Jennings will be joined by the owner of Gosport Town Bikes Jason Lewry for the challenge.

They are due to leave London today and are cycling to Brussels to raise cash for Wave 105’s Cash for Kids.

This is the second event they have completed after cycling from London to Paris in 2014. That three-day cycle saw them raise thousands of pounds for the same charity.

Mr Grundy, from Fareham-based Novaseal, said: ‘Our aim is to raise as much money as possible in support of Wave 105’s Cash for Kids.

‘We need support and donations to help disadvantaged children under 18 in our area.’

The charity helps young people who are financially, socially, emotionally or physically disadvantaged by getting them involved in activities.
