A MAN had to be rescued after he fell through his neighbours’ shed.

The 73-year-old man from Chatsworth Avenue was painting his garage when he fell. Firefighters from Cosham attended the scene at around 2pm to rescue him.

They also went to a kitchen fire in Milton Road in Waterlooville at 4.40pm. A man had fallen asleep and left the stove on. He suffered from minor smoke inhalation.
