A RENOWNED chef is coming to Goodwood.
Bryn Williams, of Odette’s in London, will be guest chef at the West Sussex venue, creating a menu for the Festival of Speed (from June 25 to 28) Goodwood Festival (from July 28 to August 1), and the Goodwood Revival (from September 11 to 13).
During the Goodwood Festival, Bryn will work with head chef Julian Frost-Wilson to create a menu that will include new-season asparagus with truffled and rapeseed mayonnaise or ham hock terrine with spiced pear and toast.
Bryn said: ‘I love horses and cars and I look forward to being a part of these fantastic Goodwood events.
‘Cooking some seasonal delights alongside a truly brilliant team of chefs, I will have as much fun as the guests.’
