Actor Martin Clunes to appear at charity cancer concert in TitchfieldÂ

BREAST Cancer Haven's Christmas concert will see actor Martin Clunes attend as the charity's special guest.

The event, returning to St Peter's Church in Titchfield on December 10, will see the acclaimed star, known recently for playing Doc Martin, leading the readings.

He will be joined by actors, Clive Mantle, best known for his roles in Holby City and Game of Thrones, as well as Tom Goodman-Hill of Mr Selfridge, Everest and Humans fame.

The concert will also see a variety of other musical and singing performances from local people and the operatic trio, Tre Amici from the current X Factor series.

Sally Taylor, BBC South Today news presenter and chair of the Breast Cancer Haven development board, said: '˜Once again, we are hugely grateful to our high profile friends and celebrities for their incredible support of Breast Cancer Haven. 

'˜Now in its sixth year, our concert is always a spectacular highlight in the run up to Christmas and is an important fundraising event for the charity.'

Breast Cancer Haven is a national charity that provides specialist and individual treatment and support for anyone affected by Breast Cancer.

Church tickets cost £20 per person while VIP tickets including a Champagne and canapes reception and reserved seating cost £40 per person.
