a multicultural society is holding an afternoon of fun to mark the Chinese new year.

On Saturday, February 21, the Fareham and Gosport Multicultural Society is holding a free event for families to enjoy activities.

Visitors will be able to make masks, try Chinese food, listen to Chinese story-telling and have their faces painted.

There will also be Chinese music and dance performances as well as zodiac readings.

The event is at St John the Evangelist Church hall, on Upper St Michael’s Grove in Fareham.

It is from 1pm until 4pm and will be opened by the Mayor of Fareham Councillor David Norris.
