Attempt murder probe: second man arrested

A man has been fined for drink-driving.

Mark Hamblin admitted driving a Citroen Xsara on the M27 near Fareham while over the legal alcohol limit on December 1.

The 42-year-old, of Bridgwater, Somerset, was fined 100, ordered to pay 85 costs and 15 into a fund for crime victims and banned from driving for 20 months by Fareham magistrates.
