Barking with joy!

A CHARITY that trains assistance dogs is barking with joy after receiving a donation of £250.

Canine Partners was chosen as winners of the Fareham View’s Community Cashpot.

The group, which holds puppy training classes in Titchfield, said it will put the money towards new equipment.

Hayley Telling, a puppy trainer, said the charity was extremely grateful for the cheque.

She said: ‘It is always a massive help to receive donations, as each of these dogs cost an awful amount of time and money

‘There are dedicated volunteers who help but things have to be paid for like the food, equipment and class training.’

The volunteer-run group won the cash from the Fareham View, a free monthly newspaper delivered in Fareham, which is run by The News.
