Front Lawn Primary School, Leigh Park, are remembering ex-pupil Chloe Challoner with an emotional singing assembly.

Sue Tremain, music co-ordinator at Front Lawn primary, said: ‘Today the whole atmosphere has just been very poignant and the kids are all fully aware of the great cause.’

The girls at Front Lawn primary have been announced as winners of the special Blue Day sing-off and are screaming with delight.

Leigh Park pupils at Front Lawn look amazing in their blue and pink clothing for Tom Prince and former pupil Chloe Challoner who passed away from the same type of cancer.

A tombola and cake sale is taking place at Front Lawn primary with teachers, parents and pupils being encouraged to buy tickets in aid of Tom Prince.
