A 15-YEAR-OLD boy was freed after getting trapped in a child’s swing.

Firefighters from Havant were called to the park in Scratchface Lane.

When they arrived, they found the youngster had become stuck after he had climbed in while out with friends.

He had been there for 20 minutes before the alarm was raised.

Firefighters cut the swing completely in order to free the teenager.

It happened at 10pm on Saturday.

South Central Ambulance Service was also sent out.

Ambulance workers checked whether the 15-year-old needed any medical help, but he was uninjured. Crews were out for almost half an hour.
