Bulb planting in Broadlaw

Hill Head coastguard called to woman stuck in mud

Have your say

MEMBERS of the community have been invited to help plant bulbs today in Broadlaw, Fareham.

The bulb planting community project will be planting daffodil and tulip bulbs in an attempt to make the area prettier next spring.

‘I would really like to see the whole area in bloom next year so it is important that we get planting now before it is too cold,’ said Suzanne Clifton, volunteer at Broadlaw Community Space.

The group will meet today at 3.30pm at Broadlaw Community Space on Bishopsfield Road. After the planting, there will be soup served at the community space at 5pm.
