SHE has been keeping a Hampshire-based waste management firm’s fleet of tanker drivers on track for 20 years..
And now the efforts of Margaret Heys have been hailed by bosses of CSG.
Margaret is the firm’s transport co-ordinator base at its HQ in Botley and managed eight sewage collection tankers.
The mother-of-two is one of the back room heroes who keeps track of driver’s hours, as well as logging customer bookings and setting up collections.
She started her career as part of the admin team at Botley, working alongside the transport supervisor to support depots in Botley, Chichester, Newbury and Bournemouth before rising to transport co-ordinator six years ago.
Regional business manager Hayley Northway praised Margaret for her ‘excellent customer service’ and said was a shining example for others looking to work their way up the ranks of the family-owned firm.
