Firm praises backroom hero

And now the efforts of Margaret Heys have been hailed by bosses of CSG.

Margaret is the firm's transport co-ordinator base at its HQ in Botley and managed eight sewage collection tankers.

The mother-of-two is one of the back room heroes who keeps track of driver's hours, as well as logging customer bookings and setting up collections.

She started her career as part of the admin team at Botley, working alongside the transport supervisor to support depots in Botley, Chichester, Newbury and Bournemouth before rising to transport co-ordinator six years ago.
