Gosport company gets gold for thinking green

Gosport-based Solved FM won Supplier Business of the Year at the Southern Sustainability Partnership Big Green Awards.

Celebrating companies taking a leading role in making changes to slash the impact businesses can have on the environment, it was the most hotly-contested title of the night.

Solved pipped the opposition with its monitoring tech that can preempt failures and breakdowns, reducing costs to businesses while cutting their carbon footprint.

Solved's director, Marc Smith said: '˜It's important to me to show best practice and demonstrate the ways businesses can make changes to their carbon footprint, which actually saves them time and money too.'
