Gosport newsagent holds Halloween cake sale to replace stolen charity cashÂ

A NEWSAGENT who was left distraught when charity boxes were stolen from her shop is holding a Halloween cake sale today to help replace the money.

One of the most upsetting things about the raid, on Saturday, October 13, was that three charity boxes were stolen, which were in aid of Harbour Cancer Centre in Gosport, Wave 105 Cash for Kids and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air ambulance. 

Now Mrs Durham and her 78-year-old mother Arlene have been baking cakes for the sale, which runs all day tomorrow.  Â
