Open morning at new £10m Portsmouth business park

Firms can spend an hour today learning about opportunities at the newly-finished development of Merlin Park, off Airport Service Road in Copnor.

Formerly brownfield land, the 6.5-acre site was recently regenerated by Canmoor Developments and offers seven units ranging from 8,000sq ft to 41,600sq ft in space.

Between 9am and 10am today, businesses are invited to visit the site and head to Unit 2 '“ where they will be greeted by the project's joint agents, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and CBRE. 

Merlin Park is suitable for B1 (business), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage or distribution) use. 

Guy Jackson, an associate director of LSH's industrial property team, said units of Merlin Park's '˜quality' are a '˜rarity in the Portsmouth area'.
