The Portsmouth shop-fitting firm won the honour in 2017.

Andrew Phipps and Leigh Rowsell, who run the firm, said they have received support from category sponsor the University of Portsmouth's Business School, plus they have used the honour to gain new clients.

Owner Andrew said: '˜We won because we have a great team spirit here at Pearl Fit-Out, the staff members are great. We also use local labour and local supply chain.
