BUSINESSES are being invited to buy a virtual brick and raise money for a children’s charity.

Retirement specialist McCarthy and Stone is building 38 apartments for people aged 60 and over. The development, called Victory Court, is in Beaconsfield Road, Waterlooville.

The company is inviting businesses to buy a virtual brick, which will be placed on a Barnardo’s banner, costing £50.

Once a ‘brick’ is bought, companies can add their logo to the brick and all the funds raised will go towards young people’s projects in the area.

For more information or to buy a brick call 0800 919 132.
