Candle-lit vigil in Portsmouth for Brussels terror victims
A CANDLE-LIT vigil will be held this evening for those who died in Brussels.
People are due to gather at 6.30pm in Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, following the terror attacks yesterday.
More than 30 people died in the explosions at the airport and underground.
