FIREFIGHTERS tackled a car blaze at 1.30am today.

One crew from Cosham fire station were called to Crookhorn Lane, Purbrook, to put out the flames.

A Vauxhall Corsa was 100 per cent burnt.

Two firefighters used breathing apparatus and a hose reel to put out the fire.

The cause of the blaze is unknown.
