FIREFIGHTERS will be out in force – to wash cars.

Southsea’s Red Watch will be doing their bit to help victims of devastating Typhoon Haiyan, which hit in the Philippines earlier this month.

The crew will be washing cars from 10am until 4pm at Asda car park, in Fratton, on Saturday.

Crew manager Daniel Manns said: ‘The guys felt it was a good cause and we wanted to do our bit.’
