A NEW care home is soon to open in Chichester, creating up to 120 jobs.

Colten Care has finished building its new 72-bedroom care home at the corner of Broyle Road and Wellington Road, to be called Wellington Grange.

Chichester’s mayor Councillor Peter Budge planted the first of 39 trees at the site at a ceremony.

He said: ‘The home is poised to play an important, active and long-term role in our community.

‘It will also offer further economic benefits for local businesses.’
