Care team tackle Great South Run challenge for a good cause
A TEAM of 21 employees from a care firm will be on the starting line of the Great South Run on Sunday.
GenesisCare, a private provider of radiotherapy services, is raising cash for Penny Brohn UK, a charity that gives support to patients being treated for cancer. The majority of the team are based at the head office in Waterlooville.
Manager Paul McPartlan is part of the team. He said: ‘We’re all looking forward, albeit with a slight trepidation, to taking on this challenge for such a great cause.’
