CCTV sighting in missing man hunt

Jason Gates, 36, from Bedhampton, vanished in the Scottish Highlands.

He had been in Aviemore for a walking break when he was reported missing on March 17.

Police Scotland, who are trying to piece together his movements, said he was seen in Inverness city centre at 3pm on the Monday before. His car, spaniel Max and jacket were subsequently traced in the Drumnadrochit area last week.

The accountant’s family have described him as stressed and in need of a break.
