STUNNING boat trips around Chichester Harbour are on offer for just £1.
Chichester Harbour Conservancy, the organisation that looks after the area, is launching its passenger vessels Solar Heritage and Terror for the summer season on Saturday.
From 10.30am to 3pm, visitors can enjoy one of the most environmentally important harbours in the country for next to nothing. The usual price is around £12.
Harbour patrol officer Philip Walker said: ‘Solar Heritage is a silent boat which glides along while allowing the passengers to enjoy the stunning environment of Chichester Harbour.
‘Accompanying Solar Heritage is Terror. She is beautifully restored 1890 working boat built to support the Emsworth oyster fleet.
‘Terror can take six passengers in comfort along with a skipper and crew.
‘Experienced sailors or complete novices can enjoy a relaxing trip during the season.’
To enjoy the trip turn up at Emsworth Quay. There will be a prize draw to win a private crewed charter.
