THE British Red Cross is holding a luncheon at the historic Square Tower in Old Portsmouth on Tuesday, June 16 at midday.

There will be a pre-lunch drink, a two-course hot buffet lunch with coffee followed by a talk from naval historian Jock Gardner.

Mr Gardner will be speaking after lunch about ‘Naval Portsmouth through the centuries’ which will include facts about the Square Tower itself.

Tickets are £25 and funds raised will be used to help those in Portsmouth and the surrounding area.
