HELP is needed to raise money for a charity that supports children and adults.

The Rainbow Centre in Fareham has a limited number of spaces left for the Vitality British 10k London Run on July 12.

The event is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a route which takes in more of the capital’s iconic sites.

The Rainbow Centre supports children and adults with cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, MS and those recovering from a stroke or head injury.

Entry to the race is free and there is a £100 minimum sponsorship target.

All runners will receive a race pack, running top, support on the day, and help with fundraising.
