Christmas bash planned for British Army's '˜Tigers' in Havant

A RALLYING cry has gone out for soldiers to join a Christmas bash in December.

The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment Association, Southern Branch, is staging its Christmas bonanza for troops from the infantry regiment on Friday, December 7.

As well as a slap-up Christmas meal, people attending the festive do will be able to enjoy a stand-up show by one of the regiment's own in-house comedians, live music, a disco and a magician.

Tickets for the event '“ which is this year being held at the Ex-Servicemen's Club, in Brockhampton Lane, Havant  '“ are on sale now.

Tickets are £12.50 for association members or £17.50 for non-member adults. Children's tickets are £7.50.

Doors open at 6pm and close at 11.30pm.

All the funds raised will go towards the association, which supports current and former members of the regiment.
