STAFF and volunteers from a charity are getting ready to welcome customers to an event to raise vital funds.
People from across Gosport and Fareham have been invited to the Sue Ryder charity shop, in Stubbington, to join in a VIP party and Christmas event.
The shop will display an array of products from clothing and accessories to music, books and bric-a-brac to tempt anyone on the hunt for something special to buy for a night out or for a friend.
Visitors to the shop will also have the chance to win a dolls house worth £130 and can enjoy refreshments and entertainment along with a Christmas gift display.
Claire Golding-Smith, manager, said: ‘It promises to be a great evening for the whole family, with something to appeal to everybody.
‘By coming along to the event and supporting Sue Ryder in this way, local people can help us raise much needed money that will go directly to help people living with end of life and long-term conditions.’
The event is on October 27 from 6pm.
