FAREHAM Shopping Centre will reach for the sky for a charitable cause this weekend.

Kids and families are invited to the centre on Saturday and Sunday to post their wishes on a giant rainbow for children who suffer with cerebral palsy at The Rainbow Centre, in Palmerston Drive.

The event will take place between Card Factory and H Samuel. Mayor of Fareham Trevor Cartwright and Mayoress Ruth Cartwright will be there on both days.

All donations will go to The Rainbow Centre.

Helen Somerset How, founder of The Rainbow Centre, said: ‘We couldn’t be more pleased that Fareham Shopping Centre is putting on this colourful event.’
