Have your say

DO YOU struggle to get to the train station? Ever wanted to travel by train but found it difficult to even get to the station?

Well, now is your opportunity to make getting to train stations in Fareham and Havant easier.

Hampshire County Council is asking for opinions on what would make travelling to the train stations more appealing.

It wants to find out what measures people think would help and encourage them to get to the station by walking, cycling, taking the bus or by car sharing.

The survey is part of the ‘My Journey’ campaign.

The campaign is paid for by the £18m local sustainable transport fund money, awarded by the Department for Transport.

It aims to encourage people to leave their car at home and travel in other, more sustainable ways and hopes to reduce congestion at peak times and to reduce emissions.
