A CENTRE that supports children with cerebral palsy has been chosen as charity of the year by a fleet management company.

Applied Driving Techniques, in Fareham, will hold various fundraisers this year for The Rainbow Centre, in Fareham, which also supports adults with cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions.

Deborah Thompson, from ADT, said it hoped to raise more than £3,000.

She said: ‘There was overwhelming support to choose a charity that is providing a valuable service to the local community. We are immensely proud to have the opportunity to help an organisation that is making such a difference to people’s lives.’
