Crash on M27 near Portsmouth causes delays
A CRASH on the M27 eastbound has caused congestion for morning commuters.
The incident took place on the slip road just past junction 11 at around 6.30am where one car suffered damage to its front.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
One lane was closed as a result of the accident.
