Creative juices flowing as DarkFest returns to Portsmouth this month
A FESTIVAL that puts Portsmouth's artists, writers, musicians and the like in the spotlight is returning this month.
DarkFest will run until November 11, with a launch night being held at the Eldon Building in Winston Churchill Avenue on Monday, October 22.
