FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car that had caught fire in the early hours of the morning.

A Citroen C4 was damaged in an electrical fire in Barham Close, Gosport at 12.30am today.

Fire crews from Gosport were called, but the fire was out by the time they arrived.

Firefighters from Cosham were also called to a small fire in the open behind The Heron pub in Petersfield Road, Havant, at 2.30pm today.
