THOUSANDS of pounds worth of jewelery was stolen from a home.

Police are appealing for witnesses after more than £10,000 of jewellery and silverware was stolen during a burglary at a house in East Meon.

It happened between 10.20am and 10.35am on Tuesday, June 3, when offenders broke into a detached house in a rural area of East Meon.
