A test revealed the 20-year-old’s breath contained 81 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Peck, from Martinet Drive, Lee-on-the-Solent, was fined £250, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 into a victims of crime fund by Fareham magistrates. He was also banned from driving for 20 months.
