POLICE are still hunting for the owner of a dog that bit a women.

The attack happened as the woman was in Delamere Road, Southsea, last Wednesday.

It was just after 6pm when she was bitten by the animal.

Paramedics were called and the woman, who is in her 30s, was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham. Her injuries were not life-threatening.

Police still have not managed to trace to the owner of the dog. Call Southsea police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
